Sauna 90°C

The alternation between hot and cold strengthens the body’s natural defences, improves the circulation and stimulates the whole metabolism. For harmony between body and soul.

Herb sanarium 55°C

The effect is similar to that of the sauna, although the sanarium is not so hot and more humid. A variety of herbal extracts are used, e.g. spruce, dwarf pine, eucalyptus, orange, lemon, etc., to help you really relax.

Steam bath

The steam bath has a temperature of between 43 and 46°C and over 100 % humidity. The feel-good heat increases the circulation and stimulates and cleanses the skin. Here, too, we make use of a variety of scents and aromas from medicinal herbs, flowers, fruits and roots.

Kneipp pool and special feature showers

Dip your feet alternately in hot and cold water to stimulate the circulation and increase the blood flow.

A cold shower after a session in the sauna cleanses the body and refreshes the soul – and vice versa.
